On a personal level, I really appreciate the time you took to research the best quality of items that stayed within our budget They arrived on (or before) the date you said they would, pre-counted and there wasn't one flawed print. The notebooks were stacked and separated by a sheet of paper so the imprint wouldn't stick to it's neighbor. It is this kind of attention to detail that keeps me coming back.
